The FACTS
- Michael Jackson was exonerated in 2005 by a jury.
- Wade Robson testified twice under oath, including before a jury as an adult, that Michael did nothing inappropriate.
- Robson stated in public and in private for approximately 20 years, including in media interviews, that Michael never did anything inappropriate to him.
- Robson maintained a friendship with Michael up until Michael passed away in 2009.
- For three years after Michael passed away Robson was effusive in his praise for Michael and expressed his sorrow at his passing in interviews.
- Robson for many years exploited his history with Michael to advance his career. After Michael passed Robson actively sought for two years to use this history to generate work on Michael-related projects.
- Both Robson and James Safechuck tried to get money from Michael’s estate but failed when a judge dismissed their claims in 2017.
- Robson’s attempts to get money from the estate coincided with a down-turn in his career.
- By Robson telling conflicting stories he’s either lying then, or now. In telling entirely different stories under oath, he has committed perjury. In his own words he’s a “master of deception.”
- Safechuck, who also testified under oath that Michael did nothing inappropriate, stated in a declaration that Robson’s lawsuit somehow made him realize he may have been molested.
- Having failed in court, both Robson and Safechuck are now resorting to smearing Michael through this film.
- Not coincidentally, both Robson and Safechuck have been represented by the same law firm.
- This film is their just latest effort to exploit Michael Jackson for profit.
